• Forms of payment available: Bank Transfer, Credit Card

• Payment through credit card is due at the time of registration (Mastercard and VISA)

• Please note that the invoice will be issued in accordance with information provided on your registration form. Special requests should be made upon registration

• A fee of € 20 will be charged for the reissue of invoices

• Registration, including billing and invoices are managed by the logistic services of Mundiconvenius. For any queries regarding invoices, please contact us at icca2024@gruporic.com

• The registration will only be complete when you receive an email confirmation

Cancellation and reimbursement policies

For cancellations or changes of name shall be contacted by email to the Technical Secretariat: Reunions i Ciencia (icca2024@gruporic.com)

- From 15 days on, cancellations will not be entitled to a refund, but name changes will be accepted.

- All refunds will be made after the event. Bank charges may be deducted.
